Hi, we, me and my wife, are coming from Taiwan and living in Osaka with working holiday visa(2011/06/22 ~ 2012/06/22). We are planing to move to Sapporo since the beginning of October.
Before checking the availabilities of rooms, just want to know if there’s any chance to decrease the budget with my skill. 
I’m 30 years old, this is my first time and last time to have the chance to live in foreign country with working holiday visa. I have strong knowledge in PHP, the programming language behind the website you are using. I do familiar with some computer proper nouns, like linux, apache, mysql and php. One proof is that I’m the founder of Taiwan PHP User Group( http://twpug.net ), the website was founded since 2002. And I own a small company in Taiwan that provides services around PHP( http://olc.tw/ ), including programming and consulting, the company was founded since 2009/01. We are working on some contracts with international companies, the famous one is TrendMicro.
I believe I’m able to bring you some office automation systems based on your demands. Or maybe just share some loading in maintaining this website.
I don’t know most about Japanese language. Just have some basic English abilities and very good at Chinese, of course.
